Teller

Provide exceptional customer service and teller services that consistently meet consumer banking performance standards. Perform daily credit and debit transactions in compliance with established bank policies and procedures. Maintain proper cash on hand, prepare daily settlement of teller cash and proof transactions, and manage change order requests, wire transfers, and bankcard advances. Utilize critical-thinking skills to actively practice loss prevention while solving problems with integrity and care. Work Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–6:15 pm with rotating Saturdays, 8:30 am–1:15 pm. As a director of first impressions, you set the standard for trust and relationships with customers spanning generations at Frost, one of the 50 largest U.S. banks by asset size.
