Job Summary
Greet members and assist with basic financial transactions, including cash handling and deposits, while identifying member needs and educating them on credit union products and services. Leverage product knowledge and technology to resolve inquiries, balance drawers, process transfers, and ensure accuracy. Collaborate with branch staff to enhance member satisfaction and compliance with AML and other policies. Demonstrates strong customer service, communication, and time-management skills in a fast-paced branch environment. This role offers starting pay of $19/hour with a $500 sign-on bonus and requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of customer-service and cash-handling experience. The position is full-time and located at Gunpowder, MD.
