Job Summary
Process customer and cash transactions while delivering a best-in-class experience and servicing existing and potential clients. Balance cash daily, identify referral opportunities to support branch sales goals, and escalate risks through proper channels. Adhere to Atlantic Union Bankshares' BSA/AML Policy and maintain knowledge of bank products and digital channels. Requires high school diploma, previous cash handling and customer service experience, and proficiency with multiple tasks. Shifts vary based on business needs; ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to exercise sound business judgment
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to details
- Flexible, able to adapt to change
- Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift objects up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations, including compliance with Atlantic Union Bankshares' BSA/AML Policy and Procedures
- Must be able to identify risk and escalate concerns through proper channels
- Must be able to develop and maintain knowledge of bank products, services, including other lines of business
