Job Summary
Process customer and cash transactions while delivering a best-in-class experience and identifying referral opportunities to support branch sales goals. Balance cash daily, adhere to BSA/AML policies, and escalate risks through proper channels. Maintain knowledge of bank products and services, adapt to digital channels, and exercise sound business judgment. Perform duties as assigned, including extended standing and lifting up to 30 pounds. Shifts vary based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to exercise sound business judgment
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to details
- Flexible, able to adapt to change
- Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift objects up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations, including compliance with Atlantic Union Bankshares' BSA/AML Policy and Procedures
- Must be able to identify risk and escalate concerns through proper channels
- Must be able to develop and maintain knowledge of bank products, services, including other lines of business
