Job Summary
Process financial transactions, manage lobby operations, and deliver digital demonstrations to customers while adhering to strict compliance and anti-money laundering protocols. Balance accounts, handle cash ordering and vault activities, and resolve escalated account service issues until resolution. Travel between branches as needed to support staff and complete assigned operational tasks. Maintain internal control standards and log all customer complaints accurately.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Experience with data entry
- Experience with cash handling
- Ability to easily travel between branches on an as needed basis
- Proven verbal communication skills
- Proven interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to demonstrated exceptional customer service
- Well-organized
- Proven time management skills
- Proven prioritization skills
- Proficient with internet user-level technology
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Prolonged use of hands and fingers
