Job Summary
Float Teller travels among branches to deliver branch customer experience through in-branch and digital engagement, manages lobby interactions, processes cash and transactions accurately following policy, balances and logs transactions, escalates account issues, and promotes banking services with a view to identifying self-service opportunities and introducing banking partners. Requires customer-service experience and basic data entry/cash handling skills, ability to travel between branches, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and adherence to compliance and risk controls.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Data entry experience
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to travel between branches
