Teller - Float

Float Teller travels between branches within a designated area to assist branch staff while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include handling a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently, balancing and processing transactions, addressing escalated account services issues, completing AML/BSA/KYC activities, promoting digital demonstrations, and identifying sales opportunities to connect customers with the appropriate banking partner. The role involves lobby management, customer engagement, and completing branch operational activities (e.g., cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfer) while complying with bank policies and risk controls. The position requires travel between branches and embodies the bank’s values of integrity, ownership, collaboration, curiosity, and candor.
