Teller (Float)

Teller (Float) serves as a first point of contact for customers by processing transactions, assisting with inquiries, and recognizing/referring cross-sell opportunities. Responsibilities include handling cash drawer operations, ensuring daily balance and cash handling accuracy, educating customers on digital banking solutions (mobile, online, ATM), identifying customer needs and referring to bank partners for cross-sell, adhering to bank procedures and regulatory requirements (e.g., currency transaction reports, SARs, Regulation CC), maintaining security and confidentiality, delivering consistent service, and performing additional duties as assigned.
