Teller (Float)

Assist customers with transactional needs, answer inquiries regarding account balances and transaction history, and maintain daily operational standards including cash drawer security, counterfeit currency identification, and coin counting. Educate customers on emerging bank technology and digital solutions while recognizing opportunities to refer them to appropriate bank partners for cross-sell services. Protect the bank from unnecessary risk by adhering to confidentiality guidelines, robbery procedures, and regulatory compliance including currency transaction reports and suspicious activity reporting. Deliver consistent FirstBank service experience to both internal co-workers and external customers while practicing safe and sound bank procedures for fraud prevention and security protocols.
