Job Summary
Provide quality customer service in a retail banking environment, handling cash drawer responsibilities and processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments. Balance and assist with ATM processing and night depository activities, maintain audit and security controls, and assist with vault duties. Deliver excellent client experiences, identify cross-selling opportunities, and refer clients to appropriate teams while promoting bank products. Maintain compliance with bank regulations and participate in relevant training and knowledge-building. Requires a high school diploma or GED and cash handling experience; includes completion of the DeGarmo Retail Behavioral Assessment before evaluation of the application, and basic office-software skills (Microsoft Office, 10-key calculator, coin counter).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 6 months cash handling or teller experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- DeGarmo Retail Behavioral Assessment required to be considered for the position
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; 10-key calculator; coin counter
