Job Summary
Teller Float position traveling among branch locations to support staffing needs. Responsibilities include processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and selling money orders; cross-selling Credit Union services; handling cash drawer and balances; may perform member service duties such as account maintenance and opening new accounts; responsible for opening/closing the branch under dual control; requires strong customer service, ability to use Microsoft Office, and CT driver’s license. 1-2 years of teller or retail experience preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years teller or retail experience preferred
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work well on teams and independently
- Ability to interpret written or schedule form instructions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid State of Connecticut Driver’s License or equivalent
