Teller position at DCU in Fitchburg, MA, part-time (22.5 hours) onsite. Responsibilities include processing teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing), end-of-day balancing, understanding and explaining DCU products/services, completing member requests, meeting individual referral goals, building strong member relationships, cross-selling appropriate products/services, adhering to security and risk guidelines, providing coverage at other branches or Information Center as needed, suggesting efficiency improvements, and performing other job-related duties. Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, prior cash handling and customer service experience, strong verbal communication, Windows/Microsoft Office skills, and bilingual ability is a plus.
