Teller

Assist customers with transactional needs including answering inquiries on account balances, transaction history, and service charges while maintaining daily operational standards for cash drawer security and counterfeit currency identification. Educate customers on emerging bank technology and digital solutions, and recognize opportunities to refer clients to appropriate partners for cross-sell or service needs. Protect the bank from risk by adhering to confidentiality guidelines, robbery procedures, and regulatory compliance for currency transaction and suspicious activity reports. Provide consistent service to internal co-workers and external customers while practicing safe bank procedures for fraud prevention and cash controls. Requires regular attendance and basic computer skills; must be bonded within six months of employment.
