Job Summary
Teller responsible for daily teller transactions in both the lobby and drive-up locations of the Hastings, NE branch, delivering outstanding client service and cultivating client relationships by recognizing referral opportunities for additional products and other lines of business. Roles include processing deposits, loan payments, cashing checks, processing withdrawals and deposits, issuing cashier’s checks, redeeming savings bonds, handling currency exchange, answering client inquiries, and identifying cross-sell opportunities. Uses 360View to document activities and referrals, maintains confidentiality, complies with security procedures, attends training, and supports team members to achieve results. Requires strong mathematical abilities, excellent communication, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in a cash handling role preferred
