Job Summary
Provide quality, accurate and timely customer service in a retail banking environment, handling cash and daily processing of financial transactions. Serve as first point of contact, may refer clients to other areas and promote bank products. Maintain high customer service and procedural standards, process deposits/withdrawals/transfers/loan payments, assist with ATM balancing and vault controls, and ensure compliance with policies. Engage in cross-selling opportunities, deliver excellent client experiences, and participate in ongoing product knowledge training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 6 months of cash handling or teller experience strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
