Job Summary
Provide quality, accurate and timely customer service involving daily processing of financial transactions in a retail banking environment. Serve as the first point of contact, may recommend bank products or refer clients to other areas of the Bank. Develop and retain long-term client relationships to maximize revenue growth while maintaining high customer service and procedural standards. Handle cash drawer and balance ATM transactions; process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and miscellaneous transactions; assist with vault and night-depository duties; promote cross-sell of bank products; ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls; participate in training and meetings to expand product knowledge and service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 6 months of cash handling or teller experience strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- DeGarmo Retail Behavioral Assessment (must complete before evaluation)
