Job Summary
Process daily transactions, protect customer privacy, and adhere to cash handling and fraud mitigation guidelines. Engage customers through inbound calls and drive-thru interactions to promote products, while conducting outbound calls to achieve assigned goals and identify lending opportunities. Maintain proper cash limits, follow dual control procedures, and resolve issues from beginning to end to keep the Financial Solutions Center running smoothly. Progress toward Pathways completion, complete required training, and champion the BUILD sales framework to drive growth.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) or more years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment
- Proven track record of exceeding assigned goals
- Proven track record of delivering a high level of client service
