Job Summary
Develop relationships with members and provide information about financial products and services. Accurately process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while transferring funds and generating money orders. Balance cash drawers daily and recommend products that benefit the member. This full-time role at our Willoughby Branch requires a brand ambassador with exceptional communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to operate a 10-key calculator by touch. Candidates must possess good credit and at least six months of similar experience. We are a community-focused credit union where every dollar of profit is reinvested into the community.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of six months of similar or related experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Possess basic computer knowledge
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate a 10-key calculator and computer keyboard by touch
- Physical requirements include moving frequently and regularly using wrists, hands, and or fingers
- Physical requirements include speaking clearly
- Physical requirements include hearing and understanding
- Physical requirements include visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents
- Physical requirements include ability to exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally
