Job Summary
Teller handles deposits and loan payments, processes cash transactions (cash deposits/withdrawals, cashier’s checks, cash advances), and balances daily totals. Responsibilities include verifying endorsements and balances, processing transfers, handling drive-up and night-drop functions, assisting customers in person, by mail, or by phone, and cross-selling bank products. Requires basic cash handling, ability to operate related business equipment and computer applications, professional appearance, and strong communication, typing, and math skills. Maintains customer account privacy, security of the work area, and represents the bank professionally in the community.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
