Execute sales and service programs by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting a positive banking experience through in-person, drive-thru, and phone interactions. Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and fund transfers while maintaining accurate cash drawers and complying with security procedures. Engage with clients using active listening to understand needs, cross-sell products, and build strong relationships that foster brand loyalty. Reconcile cash drawers, balance transactions, and ensure all records comply with banking regulations and internal policies. Maintain strict confidentiality and identify suspicious instruments to prevent fraud. Represent the bank positively in the community and meet departmental goals. Vault operations, credit card processing, and saving bond redemptions are included. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with rotating Saturdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
