Job Summary
Member Service Specialist (Teller/Customer Service) at the Sunrise Branch provides deposits, loans, and new account processing support, consults members on SCCU products, and achieves sales/service goals. Responsibilities include assisting with transactions, balancing cash and instruments, servicing deposits/loans, using computer/online systems for accuracy, and occasionally serving as floor manager to guide members to information sources while maintaining lobby efficiency.
