Job Summary
Provide personalized, bilingual customer service at a Moneytree branch, handling cash and financial transactions. Responsibilities include cashing checks, processing loans and payments, selling money orders, processing wire transfers, counting and balancing cash drawers, and delivering exceptional service in both Spanish and English. Must be able to work a fluctuating schedule including evenings and weekends; full-time teller role based at the Northglenn, CO location with a focus on accuracy, trust, and professional, friendly customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- REQUIRED: Fluency in Spanish and English
- 6+ months of customer service, cashier, or retail experience
- Ability to work a fluctuating schedule, including evenings and most weekends
- Professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Keyboarding experience
- Cash handling experience
