Job Summary
Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and new account processing while recommending tailored SCCU products to meet their needs. Perform all transaction aspects, including sale of monetary instruments, and balance cash and instruments accurately to ensure account integrity. Consult members regarding services, resolve issues efficiently, and periodically serve as floor manager to direct walk-in members and minimize lobby wait times. Master the computer terminal and online system to produce error-free work using required transaction codes. Full-time role during branch hours (Monday–Friday 7:45am–6:30pm, alternating Saturdays). Starting salary $17.91–$18.97/hour with annual bonus opportunity.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Must be able to submit to any testing for the presence of drugs
- Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States
- Must complete the required employment eligibility verification document form
Desired Qualifications
- 6+ months of customer service and/or cash handling experience
