Job Summary
Provide teller and member service duties at the Palm Springs Branch, including deposits, withdrawals, loan transactions, and new account processing. Consult with members to recommend SCCU products and services, balance cash and monetary instruments, and maintain account integrity. Operate computer terminals and online systems to ensure accurate processing and fees. Roles include potential floor-management tasks to assist members and optimize lobby efficiency. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency; 6+ months of customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred.
