Job Summary
Process transactions and service existing and potential customers to deliver a best-in-class experience while contributing to branch sales goals. Balance cash daily, identify referral opportunities, and escalate risks through proper channels. Maintain knowledge of bank products and adhere to all applicable laws, including BSA/AML policies. Perform basic customer and cash transactions with attention to detail while adapting to changing digital channels. Shifts vary based on business need, and the role requires the ability to stand for extended periods and lift objects up to 30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to exercise sound business judgment
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to details
- Flexible, able to adapt to change
- Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift objects up to 30 pounds
