Job Summary
Conduct teller and customer service representative duties within a branch environment, including receiving deposits, cashing checks, processing transactions, and preparing paperwork for new accounts. Cross-sell bank services such as safe deposit boxes and mobile banking while maintaining strict adherence to AML/CFT, CIP, CDD, EDD, CTR, SAR, and OFAC regulations. Balance teller windows using the Silverlake system, manage safe deposit box inventories, and resolve customer problems regarding electronic banking or loan payments. Perform required training and support branch operational integrity during peak hours or month-end balancing. Maintain confidentiality and follow security procedures in this primarily indoor retail setting.

Desired Qualifications
- Two (2) years of teller, retail banking, or related financial institution customer service experience
- Successful completion of internal Teller/CSR training program
- Working knowledge of core banking systems (Silverlake or similar platform)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
