Job Summary
Process customer and cash transactions while delivering a best-in-class experience and identifying referral opportunities to support branch sales goals. Balance cash daily, adhere to Atlantic Union Bankshares' BSA/AML policies, and escalate risks through proper channels. Maintain knowledge of bank products and services, adapt to digital channels, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail. Perform duties as assigned under branch leadership supervision. This role requires a high school diploma, previous cash handling and customer service experience, and the ability to stand for extended periods while lifting up to 30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to exercise sound business judgment
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to details
- Flexible, able to adapt to change
