Job Summary
Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash checks, and transfers while assisting members with ITM/ATM transactions and educating them on online and mobile banking tools. Resolve routine member concerns efficiently, proactively identify suspicious activity using fraud-detection resources, and build positive relationships by recommending products and services. Support branch opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth workflow coverage. Required Qualifications
- One month to one year experience
