Teller

Provide high-quality service and cross-sell bank products as a Teller. Responsibilities include managing a cash drawer/recycler, processing deposits and loan transactions, cashing checks, endorsing/validating funds, processing U.S. savings bonds, answering phones, directing lobby traffic, and performing ATM duties in accordance with bank policies and regulations. Must maintain cash handling accuracy, follow procedures, demonstrate service excellence in all customer interactions, and refer large or unusual transactions to more experienced staff. Strong oral and written communication skills are needed to deliver accurate, compliant support and to promote and refer appropriate products and services.
