Job Summary
Teller role handling teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality; build client relationships by discussing financial needs and offering appropriate bank products and services; perform deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, payments, transfers, and check cashing; balance cash drawer and ATM-related tasks; mitigate risk and ensure compliance with Columbia Bank procedures and regulations; collaborate with branch leadership to meet referral goals and provide proactive solutions to clients; bilingual ability is preferred and considered an asset; location is Cambria, CA and the role is fully onsite with standard banking hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- 1 year of banking or customer service experience, preferred
- Ability to learn and comply with bank policies, procedures, and systems
