Teller

Teller handles deposits, withdrawals, and other cash transactions with accuracy and confidentiality, while supporting client relationships and identifying opportunities to offer bank products and services. Responsibilities include balancing cash drawer, processing deposits/withdrawals/ATM transactions, adhering to Columbia Bank procedures and regulations, mitigating risk, and delivering proactive problem resolutions under Breakthrough Client Service Standards. The role emphasizes attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to engage with clients and colleagues to understand financial needs and provide appropriate solutions. Bilingual ability is preferred.
