Greet members and potential members, answer product inquiries, and resolve problems within authority. Perform member transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced check run and cash drawer. Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer issues beyond your authority to the next level with recommendations. Ensure appropriate records are maintained and required reports are processed. Operate a 10-key calculator, typewriter, and computer keyboard while lifting up to 20 pounds. This full-time, non-exempt role starts at $20.00 per hour with incentive pay potential. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
