Job Summary
Process financial transactions for clients accurately, identify uncovered needs, and promote products while building loyalty through personalized service. Address inquiries and resolve problems in accordance with Bank policies, balancing cash drawers and assisting with operational duties like ATM and vault management. Participate in team meetings, community projects, and compliance training while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. Work evenings and weekends as needed, travel to banking centers for meetings and training, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to work evenings and weekends based on banking center needs
- Ability to travel to all banking centers; as well as other locations for meetings, projects, training and seminars (as needed)
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to protect the confidentiality/privacy of others as appropriate, as well as of company documents and records
- Good PC skills - ability to work in Windows based system
- Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements
- Regular and predictable attendance
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) or more years of customer or retail service experience
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to respond and assist clients with inquiries and/or problem resolution
- Customer service and sales oriented
- Careful attention to detail and time management
- Good listening and verbal and communication skills
- Ability to cross-sell bank products and services
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere
- Ability to communicate in another language
