Job Summary
Process financial transactions, address client inquiries, and resolve problems while building loyalty through personalized service and consistent adherence to bank policies. Identify uncovered client needs to promote products and refer clients appropriately, then participate in retail sales programs to meet center goals. Balance cash drawers, assist with ATM and vault operations, and complete all required compliance training. Maintain regular attendance and travel to banking centers for meetings and training as needed. Work evenings and weekends based on center requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Good PC skills - ability to work in Windows based system
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to protect the confidentiality/privacy of others as appropriate, as well as of company documents and records
- Ability to travel to all banking centers; as well as other locations for meetings, projects, training and seminars (as needed)
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) or more years of customer or retail service experience
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to respond and assist clients with inquiries and/or problem resolution
- Customer service and sales oriented
- Careful attention to detail and time management
- Good listening and verbal and communication skills
- Ability to cross-sell bank products and services
- Ability to work evenings and weekends based on banking center needs
- Ability to communicate in another language
