Job Summary
Process financial transactions for clients accurately and efficiently while addressing inquiries and resolving problems in accordance with Bank policies. Identify uncovered client needs, promote products and services, and build loyalty by establishing personal relationships and addressing each client by name. Balance cash drawers, assist with operational duties such as balancing the ATM and vault, and participate in retail sales programs to meet center goals. Complete all compliance training, attend team meetings, and engage in community projects. Work evenings and weekends as needed, travel to all banking centers for meetings and training, and stand for prolonged periods in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to work evenings and weekends based on banking center needs
- Ability to travel to all banking centers; as well as other locations for meetings, projects, training and seminars (as needed)
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to protect the confidentiality/privacy of others as appropriate, as well as of company documents and records
- Good PC skills - ability to work in Windows based system
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) or more years of customer or retail service experience
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to respond and assist clients with inquiries and/or problem resolution
- Customer service and sales oriented
- Careful attention to detail and time management
- Good listening and verbal and communication skills
- Ability to cross-sell bank products and services
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere
- Ability to communicate in another language
