Job Summary
Assist customers with financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers while processing cash checks and loan/credit card payments. Provide excellent customer service by listening to and addressing questions or concerns, introducing clients to new products, and collaborating with team members to achieve branch goals. Maintain strict compliance with all Bank policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal banking laws, including BSA responsibilities. Perform other duties as assigned with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Full-time role with competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $19.00/hour, eligible for an annual bonus and comprehensive benefits including health plans, 401K, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- A cooperative, agreeable, and sympathetic listener
- A patient and stable work style
- Consistency in dealing with repetitive routines
- A service- and team-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail

- Monday – Friday work week
- Full-Time, 40 hours per week
