Job Summary
Teller at ChoiceOne Bank in Michigan: provide world-class customer service at the teller window, handle cash and non-cash transactions accurately and efficiently, balance daily, meet and exceed teller sale/referral goals, maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products and services, develop client relationships, and ensure confidentiality. Comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act as they relate to the role, and adhere to all applicable federal and state banking regulations. Strong written and oral communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset are essential to succeed in this role. This position is non-remote, located in Thomas Township and Saginaw, MI, within ChoiceOne Bank's Michigan footprint, and requires in-person performance of duties at the branch."
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience preferred
