Teller/Branch Service Specialist - Beaverton

Deliver exceptional member service through welcoming greetings, attentive body language, and friendly conversation while handling routine financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, advances, and payments. Accurately document all teller transactions, verify negotiable items and member identification, and address questions or concerns to offer solutions. Proactively engage members to uncover needs, cross-sell products and services, and refer to appropriate staff as needed. Manage lobby traffic to ensure timely assistance and maintain cash drawer balances within established guidelines. Assist with lifting 50-pound bags of coin and stand for extended periods up to four hours at a time. Meet or exceed product and service cross-sale goals while staying informed on up-to-date financial tools to educate members. Work Monday through Saturday with a starting pay of $22.00 per hour.
