Engage with members daily through face-to-face interactions to listen to their situations, educate them on Blaze's financial products, and process transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy. Grow by utilizing provided tools to track industry trends, services, and training opportunities while exhibiting core values of compassion and community service. This role requires consistent attendance Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays, offering a minimum wage of $21/hour plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus for new hires. Candidates must have one year of customer service and cash handling experience, with previous financial service experience preferred.
