Job Summary
Teller role handling deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments across multiple channels (in lobby, drive-thru, or by telephone). Maintains a professional, confidential customer-service focus while balancing cash drawer, reporting discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with BSA/Patriot Act/OFAC and bank policies. Responsibilities include processing official checks, payments to loans, and other duties as assigned, with an emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and courteous service to customers.
Required Qualifications
- A high school degree or equivalent is required.
- Cash handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong computer skills
- Written and oral communication
