Job Summary
In this Teller role at Wells Fargo’s Consumer Banking and Lending division, you will support customer engagement by processing teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers; perform routine transactional and operational tasks in line with bank procedures; escalate questions to more experienced staff; interact with customers to build relationships and meet financial needs; must be bilingual in Spanish and English and able to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays; located at Richm ond, VA branch with on-site work expected; no visa sponsorship for this posting.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish/English
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options
- Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
- Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss
