Job Summary
Front-line teller responsible for accurately processing routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing) and delivering a welcoming customer experience. Identify customer needs, guide them to efficient banking options and digital tools, build relationships, refer to a banker for detailed guidance, and support branch operations with attention to risk and policy compliance. Must be bilingual in Spanish/English and able to work a schedule that includes Saturdays. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience
- Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish/English
- Proven cash-handling experience
