Job Summary
Teller position in Wells Fargo's National Branch Network. A front-line, customer-focused role delivering accurate transactions and a welcoming experience. Responsibilities include processing routine service transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing) with attention to detail, guiding customers to efficient banking options (including digital tools), and referring to a banker for more complex needs. Build relationships by listening to daily financial needs, identifying service opportunities, and collaborating with branch teammates to maintain strong operations and service. Requires strong communication, active listening, and adherence to policies and controls. The role supports Saturdays and is located in Alexandria, VA; bilingual Spanish/English proficiency is required. This is a part-time opportunity with potential for growth and training support within Wells Fargo’s team-based culture.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience
- Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish/English
- Proven cash-handling experience
