Job Summary
Teller position at Wells Fargo—Berkeley Main. Deliver accurate transactions and provide a welcoming, reliable branch experience by processing routine service transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing) with precision, guiding customers to digital tools, and connecting them with bankers for more detailed needs. Build relationships, listen to everyday financial needs, identify potential product or service opportunities, and refer customers to a banker for guidance. Collaborate with branch teammates to maintain strong operations and service, follow policies and risk controls, and resolve routine questions while escalating more complex issues. Requires strong cash-handling ability, customer-focused communication, active listening, and the ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of: work experience, training, military experience, education
