Teller

Process and record routine transactions for bank customers, including cashing checks, accepting deposits, withdrawals, and processing loan payments. Identify customers, validate checks, and perform specialized tasks such as preparing money orders and official checks. Answer inquiries regarding checking and savings accounts, resolve account issues, and promote bank products while identifying referral opportunities. Perform end-of-day balancing of the teller cashbox and maintain strict confidentiality with all customer information. Adhere to branch safety, security, and internal control policies, and participate in training programs to maintain compliance with banking regulations.
