Job Summary
Deliver friendly, professional customer service and accurately process customer transactions in a busy branch. Identify customer needs and refer them to colleagues for additional financial solutions, promote current offers and services, educate customers on digital and self-service banking tools, and support daily branch operations including vaults, night drops, and ATMs. Collaborate with team members across branches to ensure seamless service and uphold Associated Bank’s standards of integrity and community impact.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Up to 2 years of demonstrated customer service experience
