Job Summary
Provide friendly, professional teller service to customers, accurately process transactions, identify opportunities to refer customers to financial solutions, promote products and services, and educate customers on digital/self-service tools. Support branch operations (vaults, night drops, ATMs) and collaborate with teammates across branches to ensure seamless service. Focus on customer needs, maintain integrity, and contribute to the community-focused culture of Associated Bank.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Up to 2 years of demonstrated customer service experience
- Preferred: Experience in retail banking, cash handling, or financial services
