Job Summary
Conduct teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, while engaging members in meaningful conversations to understand their financial needs. Serve as an advocate and financial expert by explaining Arkansas Federal products and services to help members achieve financial success. Build positive relationships to retain long-term connections and refer members to Financial Service Representatives for specialized support. Requires friendly, conversational, and trustworthy demeanor with technological proficiency and at least seven months of related customer service experience. Earn up to $20/hr with no weekend shifts.
