Teller

Teller/Account Specialist position on-site in Hillsdale, MI. Delivers teller-based transactions including receiving and dispensing funds, maintains accurate transaction records, and adheres to credit union policies while serving members. Focused on providing an excellent member experience, offering products and services to support financial wellness, and collaborating with branch colleagues. Responsibilities include processing deposits and cash withdrawals, verifying cash and identifications, answering questions about rates and charges, cross-offering checking, lending, and product referrals, and upholding GREAT service standards. Requires cash handling or sales experience, customer service experience, and a high school diploma or GED; strong verbal and written communication; proficiency with PC applications; ability to work independently or as part of a team; and a willingness to work flexible hours within a 20-mile radius of the home branch.
