Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, money orders, and cash advances while verifying cash totals and balancing daily transactions. Handle complex member services including account openings, renewals, bookkeeping assistance, and stop-payments. Cross-sell Credit Union products and digital services such as online banking, mobile deposit, and bill pay. Resolve discrepancies, manage risk assessments within authority limits, and assist with self-assist machine maintenance. Maintain member privacy, adhere to safety protocols, and meet sales baselines to support branch goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Solid math skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to operate related computer software, and other business equipment including 10-key, currency and coin counters, cash machines, self-assist machines, video, iPad and telephone
Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or other similar financial institution work experience
